Stephanie was born on Hilton Head Island and lived the first few years of her life in Sea Pines. Her father’s successful banking career moved her family to Columbia, SC, Atlanta, GA, Potomac, MD and Chattanooga, TN until landing in Dallas, TX for college. In the midst of all the relocations, Hilton Head Island became “home” to Stephanie while spending many summers living in Sea Pines. After 4 college years being landlocked in Dallas, Stephanie desired to go back home, to Hilton Head Island. She began her career at a local insurance agency working her way from entry level service position to a department manager. But after 5 years in the insurance industry, she deciding it was time for a career change. Stephanie has a strong desire for constant educational growth leading her to obtain a real estate license and Broker-in-Charge status, while keeping her insurance license. After working for a mid-sized property management company, she decided it was time to step out on her own to open a vacation rental & real estate company, named Beachside Hilton Head Island. Over the proceeding 14 years, she grew Beachside Hilton Head Island organically, focusing solely on rental properties in Sea Pines. In 2018 her husband, Todd, retired from his successful banking career to work alongside of her. In 2022, Stephanie & Todd sold the vacation rental portion of their business, keeping the real estate division. After a 9-month sabbatical to tour the country in their RV, Stephanie & Todd returned to the island to focus on their real estate career and their newly named real estate business, Chandler Hoke Real Estate. Due to Stephanie’s knowledge of Sea Pines real estate and vacation rentals, combined with Todd’s expertise in lending, Stephanie & Todd are uniquely positioned to assist buyers searching for investment properties in Sea Pines.
